I am very happy to share that I have joined the School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at the University of Queensland in a 5-year research fellowship in biomedical engineering. It is great to be starting this new chapter Down Under, and I look forward to contributing to an institution known for its commitment to academic excellence and real-world impact.
While my research focus remains the same, my time in Brisbane will be an opportunity to establish new collaborations and expand experimental studies, particularly in clinical research. I will also maintain my affiliation with the University of Brasília, where several ongoing projects are at critical stages.
